about

This energetic cover of Paul McCartney’s James Bond theme “live and let die”, like the original, follows unexpected tempo changes on a roller coaster ride through various styles. Beginning deceptively as a gentle ballad, turning a hard 90° into a heavy rock riff, then taking another hard turn into a lively reggae groove, passing urban beats, it then spins back into the blistering guitar finale! Rubbernekkerz is all about crossing genres, and this does not disappoint!

lyrics

When you were young and your heart was an open book

You used to say live and let live

You know you did, you know you did you know you did

But in this ever changing world in which we live in

makes you give in and cry

Chorus:

Say live and let die

live and let die

live and let die

live and let die

Bridge:

What does it matter to ya?

when you got a job to do,

you gotta do it well,

you gotta give the other fellow hell

Verse:

You used to say live and let live

You know you did, you know you did you know you did -

But in this ever changing world in which we live in

makes you give in and cry

Chorus:

Say live and let die....
